Description

Welcome to Western Goochland County where, just off of Cartersville Rd, you'll find 12.5 acres that are agriculturally zoned and waiting for you to enjoy! Gently rolling and wooded, this property offers multiple options for homesites. In fact, it once was a homesite and the remains of an old house are on the property. There are no current surveys or soil work to share with potential buyers but buyers are encouraged to do due diligence prior to settlement. Traveling to the end of Hackney Rd, you will pass an "end of state maintenance" sign. The property then begins on the left along the gravel road. Orange ribbons have been hung at two approximate points along the road where the land starts and stops. Using an app like LandGlide can help while visiting. A sign will be at the property, as well. Do not go in the old house. Instead, buy the property and build a new one! Or more than one if allowed by local regulations. A great find!
