Description

CALL YOUR BUILDERS, great lot to Spec a home on to sell or for a homeowner to build their own home on. Nice building lot (.81 acres) located only 1 mile from Hull Street Rd (just a few miles from Brandermill)...you'll feel like your in the country but shopping, restaurants, etc are only minutes away. Plus the beautiful Pocahontas state park is only 3 miles away. Great opportunity to build your home without being located in an Home Owners Association. The soil and site has been evaluated by Koontz Bryant and will require an alternative septic. Note, the seller altered the configuration of the lot and it was recently approved by Chesterfield County. A survey is attached showing the revised lot lines and "parcel 2" noted on the survey is for sale which is now .81 acres. Chesterfield County may not have updated their system yet to show the revised lot lines or the new tax assessment for this parcel. I have been told Public water is out front at the street.
