Description

Wonderful opportunity to have the home of your dreams built on an outstanding wooded lot located across from Powhatan State Park and within a short distance to Goochland and Interstate 64. Turning onto Old River Trail towards the park you drive by scenic properties and are drawn to the beauty and the country ambiance. This property is one of 5 lots that were just approved leaving you choices as to which one is most desirable for your type of home. Some of the lots could possibly lend themselves to a basement home. There are covenants and restrictions to protect the intention of having larger homes within the subdivision. Seller plans to bring the private road to public standards in the future. The location and convenience to the park makes this neighborhood a desirable part of the county to live.
